Expanding Possibilities: Our New 365 Winter Promise, Launching in 2024.

In an exciting stride towards innovation, we are constructing a new state-of-the-art indoor winter testing facility in Älvsbyn, Sweden. This expansion investment comes as a response to our consistently high demand, with our schedules nearly booked to capacity. But it is not only an extension of what we already do, it’s a strategic enhancement of our capabilities – providing more space and more opportunities for you to explore new ways of testing.

The heart of this expansion lies in bolstering our capacity for controlled snow and ice testing all year round. By providing a third controlled climate environment, we’re empowering our clients with enhanced conditions for year-round testing and development.

Our focus remains on continual development, stellar service and sustained capacity for our clients. The new Älvsbyn facility bears a striking resemblance to our popular Piteå location. This new addition will not only meet existing demand but it will also serve as a hub for comprehensive testing services and pave the way for new types of tests within our current infrastructure – aiding in both development and collaborative tests with clients.

“Given the automotive industry’s ambitious sustainability goals, which resonate throughout the value chain, our pioneering investment in year-round winter-climate testing emerges as a vital contributor. By offering a platform for our clients to expedite their sustainability targets, we’re propelling the transition towards greener practices. And ultimately it is the noticeable demand among our clients that has spurred our decision to construct this third indoor facility” says Jonas Jalar, CEO of Arctic Falls.

In summary, the new Älvsbyn testing facility symbolises an expansion into a new era of winter testing capabilities. This strategic move aligns perfectly with the evolving demands of the industry and underscores our commitment to sustainable innovation. The facility is expected to open its doors later on in 2024. Stay tuned for more information and updates as the construction moves forward.
